Please can I have a response to my message regarding restoring from a back up? The fact that Jotform has messed up this week is a massive issue as we have lost a large amount of data that can not be replaced.

Once again, our apologies for all the troubles and inconvenience this issue may have caused you. I'd mention it again, so please confirm if the following are correct:
1. You deleted some forms years ago. They reappeared on your account. Then they're gone back again. Do you still have this forms on your trash folder? Would you mind checking?
2. You are missing some changes in the form. Can you give us a bit of additional information as to what changes are missing? Or perhaps, give us the date whereby the form is in the correct state? You mentioned last week, but I think we need the date.
We will send this matter to our backend team once we have the above information.
