Internet Explorer stopped showing the form, it's just blank space. It was working previously, so I'm guessing there was a Microsoft update????? All other browsers show the form.

I checked your form http://www.jotform.us/form/62925327467161 in IE11, but I wasn't able to replicate this problem, the form is showing fine.

Is your form embedded in a website?

If it is, please share the URL so we can check.

    Thank you!

It's on an internal site so I can't give you the URL.

    Here is the code:

<p>Robocall Blocking validates the calling number against a huge national databases of unwanted callers. Those databases are dynamically changing and new calling numbers are being added constantly.&nbsp; However, a phone number that truly is spam may not be in the database yet, and very possible, a legitimate number that may be blocked and needs to be removed from the database. </p>
<p>If a customer calls and either needs to report a number as SPAM or NOT SPAM, we will report that information for them.&nbsp; Please VERIFY with the customer this was a ROBOCALL, not a telemarketing call (a live body).&nbsp; A Robocall is defined as:&nbsp; telephone call from an <u><b>automated source</b></u> that delivers a <u><b>prerecorded message</b></u> to a large number of people.<br/></p>
<p><b>PLEASE FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION and SUBMIT.&nbsp; All information below is REQUIRED to submit a phone number as Spam or Not Spam.</b></p>

Your standalone form is working fine http://www.jotform.us/form/62925327467161. I can see it here.

If the current embed code you're using does not work, try it with an iframe embed code http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

If that does not make any difference then it's most likely the form is blocked or not working properly on your web page. Unfortunately, we can't give you enough details about the issue if we can't see the embedded form within our browser.

I tried the iframe and that still didn't work so then I did the pop-up and that worked. All other browsers are fine expect MICROSOFT...grrr.  So I'll just leave it with the pop-up code and call it good.
