I signed up a few weeks back, all was going well till this week, i tried to log in and got a password error. I have tried the forgot password, but never recive an email. The link i had sent out to the form no longer works either and says it has been disabled by the owner?

I have sent you the Password Reset Email. Please check your inbox or spam folder. If you see JotForm emails in the Spam folder, please mark it as not spam.
Upon checking your form, I can see that the Form Status is disabled. Here's a screenshot:
Please enable the Form Status to fix the issue of "Form not Found".
