How to fix field label alignment

Hello,

I would like to fix the text alignment of these elements.  It use to look normal. I think I accidentally made an adjustment and cannot figure out how to change it back.

Also, to my understanding, you are having issues with the label alignment of the fields shown in your screenshot. Are you still encountering the same issue? Please give us more information so we can help you further. We will wait for your response.

The fields are conditionally displayed. Please choose cremation option on the second page to show the fields.

I have created a clone version of your form and I was able to reproduce the issue but it looks like a temporary glitch on field label alignment. To fix the issue, switch the Label Alignment option of one of the fields from "Top" to "Left" then from "Left" to "Top" again.
