    Hello,

I am having issues getting my emails formatted properly in JotForm. I am trying to set up an autoresponder for a form using mailchimp templates.

I basically copy and paste the HTML code from my mailchimp template into the jotform autoresponder.

When i first paste it everything looks great, then i press save and everything changes. See screenshots attached.

This is very important that i keep my branding the way i want with this autoresponder. Is there a better way to do this? I can't create a new list in mailchimp, i must have several forms that link to one list. This is because you can only have 1 list for ecommerce data in Mailchimp.

    Please let me know.

It could be due to the unsupported tags and attributes.

For security reasons, not all of these are supported in our email notification. This is probably the reason why it messed up when you save it because the unsupported HTML tags and attributes are stripped off.

Since we could not see your screenshot here, we could only suggest you create or mimic the template from scratch using the formatting toolbars.
