    Hi There,

For some reason the three Jotforms we have been using on our blog our now showing "Form not found / This form has been disabled." I went to login and received a notification that the "login failed - suspended." I then clicked on "forgot password" clicked on the link in the mail and reset the password but the same problem persists:

Can you please let me know what is going on? Our Jotforms are used regularly on our blog and people are now asking us where the forms are and is causing us quite an administrative headache. What is the problem with my account?

    Thank you.

    Mark

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I notice that your account has been suspended due to the reason Spam as reported in our records. As I check the account, I see that the forms are clean and normal. Did any your forms received any spam submissions or let us know if you have deleted any forms in your account?

I have now activated your account and you should be able to access your forms normally.

    Hi Kiran,

Thank you so much for being so quick with sorting this out. I checked the submissions and have now deleted them to be safe. We haven't received any spam, well at least none that we are aware of.

    Best wishes

    Mark
