File upload type not being accepted

    Hi,

I just created my first form. I love the ease, and templates available. Everything pretty much went without a hitch with the exception of the attachment part of the form.

I have set the entry to require an attachment and listed the acceptable types of documents. I changed this multiple times thinking maybe the format is wrong.

I used .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .doc, .docx, .png <-- also tried it without the (.) and spaces and was still not able to include the attachment.

    What could be wrong?

    Thank you,

    -Soulportal

My apologies I found the answer in your help page. Needed to remove the dots and add a comma and space after each extension.
