I need my password reset

    If you would like to change your password you can change it from your accounts page — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/

    However, if you forgot your password, you can request a reset instruction that will be sent to the email address associated with your account on our Login page — https://www.jotform.com/login

    I just sent the reset instruction to the email address you used in opening this thread.

    I have tried MULTIPLE TIMES to get my password reset and to no avail and no
    help from your company. You didn't even take the time to read my email - I
    am receiving your emails but they are arriving 3 to 4 hours late and then
    when I try the link is expired!!

    We're sorry for this inconvenience. 

    We had a certain delay in receiving emails to Gmail accounts, but that issue was resolved already and the emails should go through. 

    I initiated a password reset email again, so please check your inbox.
