How can I get unique form naming in my form address?

We are curious if you offer the ability to change the unique name of the form address to something more unique to our business?

For instance,  http://www.jotform.com/contactaRMAForm

This would be ideal if we have the ability to do this and it is part of the paid subscription, we would be willing to sign up for this.

We can do that by changing your username. The form address will contain your username after the form url once you customize it from your form builder settings.

If you want to change your username to something more appropriate, please let us know and we can change it for you.
