How can I have a PDF verion of my form with its correct formatting?

    Hello, I'd like to print this form to a pdf. When I use the "Create PDF Form" button, I am getting a 20-paged long form, with seemingly random formatting. Do you have tips on the best way to print this form as a pdf? Thanks!

    Our PDF Creator tool has some limitations, so please try the below options, but I'd suggest on a cloned version of the form so the current layout won't get changed.

    1. Remove the Form Tabs widget.

    2. Remove the Page Breaks. 

    3. Set all collapse to be open by default (Visible), not unless you want to hide the content of the hidden collapse in the PDF result. 


    I have a PDF Creator tool, I can also create the PDF for you, but you have to do the above changes in order to print all the elements. Here's a PDF from a cloned version of your form:
