How can I prevent users from re-submitting the form when reloading the page?

    Dear Jotform Support,

I have a concern on my form. It is connected to STRIPE.

When the user submit the form, a money credit is done on STRIPE.

If the user does reload the page, then the credit is done again on STRIPE.

I do not want that ! Is their a way to prevent from reloading the submission?

To be noted : I wish that the users can use the form twice if necessary so I do not think I can use the "Cookie check and IP" in form parameters.

Hope my question is clear enough.

    Thank you in advance,

    Mélanie

Hello Mélanie - I agree, if you will allow some clients to re-submit the form when necessary, then setting a Unique Submission through Cookies or IP won't work.

An alternative is for you to add a Captcha Field to your form. This would ensure that your users won't be able to re-submit the form unless they pass the captcha challenge again.
