Not seeing submission data on form submissions page

I went to download all the submission data and it is not there.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you are not seeing the submissions made on your form from the submissions page, is that correct? — How-to-view-Submissions

I have checked the submissions page of your form and I can see that it has 738 submissions. However, when I checked your form, it only has an image with a link that redirects to a Google Form.

It seems also that the fields in your form have been deleted. And I believe this is the reason why you are not seeing your form submissions.

Please be informed that if field from a form with existing submission(s) has been deleted, the data associated with that field will also be deleted.

You can try to restore the fields that were deleted to try to recover the lost submissions by reverting to the previous state of your form from the Revision History Tool — How-to-View-Form-Revision-History
