We're having an issue where we're sending a form out that includes a start and end time, but the end time only appears on the autoresponder email when I send it. When my colleague sends the same form using the same link, the end time does not appear in the email.
Could you please explain why a particular field included in an email would show up if sent by one user but not by another? I have attached screen shots of the portion of the autoresponder emails that show what is happening.

I checked your form and tested by submitting it, I wasn't able to replicate this problem. I submitted the form and this was notification:
And this was Autoresponder email:
So call time and wrap time are showing.
Is that the issue you're having?
