I can see by others' queries, that my account apparently was set to dormant. However, I am not creating a new form for our organization but cannot access the form I'm working on as it's in Restore Mode.
Can you help me? Thank you!

I have re-activated your account back in good status. To test it, I opened one of your forms and I can see it now properly.
