How to disable auto update on email

When submitting the form additional fields (which I haven't put in) are displaying upon receiving the email.

and here is what I get back when submitted and emailed received.
Bar this I also receive an attachment which is correct (see attached)
Any ideas why these additional fields are added?

The reason for this is that by default when you add extra fields to your form they will automatically be added to the notification/autoresponder.

If you don't want this to happen you need to change your notification settings. On the advanced tab make sure that "Update Email" is disabled:
