Why I'm receiving Form not found when accessing my form?

    Hello I have the problem, that form doesn't work any more, can you check where is the problem?

    I checked the form you mentioned and it doesn't exist, it was, maybe, deleted, but I couldn't say with certainty. What I could check is that since you created your account, you created one form: https://support.jotform.com/form/72784175017359

    And there wasn't any other form created afterward. Also, there wasn't any form that was deleted according to logs.

    Were you referring to some other form or some other account by any chance?
