Why I cannot locate a form in My Forms page?

I too cannot locate the original form in my forms, but the link is active. People are registering as I am receiving PayPal prompts, but I am not receiving the form submittals or can I see it. I had to recreate another one, but the link is different and I cannot use now.

Do you have the link of the other form you're referring to? 

Maybe it was created under a guest account; however, we will be able to find it with the link, please share it with us.

Here is the previous, which is still active when clicked, but I am not receiving any updates, nor do I see it in my account.

The previous is still active on a Facebook link which I cannot change. Is there a way to make this one the default and see it in my forms?
I would like to keep the original one and get the submitted forms with info. I only get their info from the PayPal receipt and nothing else.
