I upgraded to a Bronze account & Unchecked "Powered By Jotform" but branding is still present

    Please see above.  I upgraded but still have the Jotform branding.  Please disable the branding on my account.

    It seems your problem is already solved. I did check your form which you have shared above and it does not display any "JotForm Branding". Please check the screenshot below:


    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
