I have some users who receive error messages when they try to open a Jotform. One user received a message to stop a running script. Another user received the error message in the uploaded screen shot. However, I have other users that do not receive errors. Are there preferred browsers? Are there preferred settings for browsers?

Any up to date browser should work, no special browser settings required.
The form may be slowed down by enable autofill continue forms later option, so you may try switching it off to see if that makes any difference.
