How do I create a form which can be updated by different people at different times?

I wanted to create an Event Programme Form which will contain various event details which may change over time.  I want it to be a 'live' document that customer and supplier can both update over time.

Is this possible?

This would not be possible. You need to add a sub-user account with permission to edit your forms and the number of sub-user you can add on your account depends on your account plan.
