Unable to find forms from my account

    Dear Admin,

     

    2 of my form just disappear. It is not in trash and cannot be found.

    I need it back urgently

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, the forms belong to a different account — EnquiryTUC.

    If you have access to that account, please log in to that account and check its Trash folder since the forms show a "This form has been deleted by the owner." message when accessed from the links you shared with us.
