Why have I reached the daily emails limit?

I can´t send any form because when I write the captcha appears this message:

- "Oops...reached your limits"

How can i solve this problem?

Please note that the emails you send are limited, here are the details: 

MAXIMUM FORM BUILDER EMAILS per DAY (Covers the following function: “Reply”, “Forward”, “Test Emails” and “Share via Email in Publish”) :

PAID accounts : limit is 1000/day

Free and Guest accounts  :  20 /day

I would recommend you to instead reply to the submissions on the email notification that you receive or send the form to the link via email from your email service provider, this way you avoid to reach the daily email limits for your account.
