Why am I not receiving payments?

i never get payment from customer...  i have few form.

that is odd.

i used stripe

I have checked this form https://www.jotform.com/form/71048583784163 and it does not allow to submit the form without providing a valid payment info or leaving the payment info empty. 

Please note that when a payment is completed you will see the payment information displayed on your submissions page, there will be a link as well that will redirect you to the user's information on Stripe:
