Form not found

    Hello i have recently made a form and its showing that its not found as well as my other form. Please can someone let me know whats going on.

    The account and forms were suspended due to violation to JotForm Terms of Use.

    Using the form to collect credit card account data is not allowed. This called a phishing method and is illegal.

    Okay I wasn't aware of that being it was for business reason. Is it possible to just remove that form and get my other one back. I can just use another site to create my authorization form

    Am I able to get my account off suspension and remover that form, so I can get access to my other one?

    I have reactivated your account, but I have deleted the Credit Card fields in your form. For payment authorizations, our Payment integration such as Paypal allows you to do that.
