How can I get my private key?

When you first enabled the Form Encryption in your form, the encryption key was downloaded to your computer. Please check the Downloads folder. Here's a guide: Where-Can-I-Find-the-Private-Key-After-Downloading-It.

Please take note that if you cannot find or you lost your private key, there is not much that we can do. I suggest you turn off the Form Encryption so that you will be able to view the new submissions normally.
