Are you referring to the JotForm footer? I checked your account and I can verify that you are subscribed to Bronze plan. I can also see that you already disabled the JotForm Branding in the Account Settings.
If you are referring to the email alerts, then you can delete the footer in the Email Editor.
In the Form Builder, click the "Settings" option and then go to "Emails" section. Select the Autoresponder and then click the "Edit" icon.
In the Email Editor, just select element and then delete it. Do not forget to click the "Save" button when you are done.
