You're blocking creation of more forms even though I have not used my limit.

Your free account only allows the creation of 5 forms. If you want to create new forms, here are the options you have:

1. Archive or delete the forms you are not using anymore and only leave active the ones you need, this number must be less than 5. These forms cannot be reactivated or restored though.

2. Upgrade the account to Bronze, this plan allows you to create up to 25 forms. Again, you have around 20 forms, so you would need to archive or delete some of them.
