My forms are not displaying or working correctly

    Good Morning,

    I have just been told that our forms arn't displaying or working correctly. I have logged on myself to have a look and it seems that the display is all wrong and you cannot advance on the form.

    I have tried to log in and i cannot log in either. Your status says your up but i cannot get it working.

    I never made a test submission - I just browsed through each pages and filled out some fields randomly so you can see how it works from my perspective as a visitor. Is there anything with how the form behaved on the screencast above?

    If so, please be more specific on what's not working/displaying properly.
