Can't login to my account -- AUTOSUSPENDED !

    I already created form and tested, but the data didn't import to my email.

    I have just checked your account and noticed that you're asking for a licence  number on your form "Class Registration Signup Form" which is taken as sensitive data. 


    I would recommend you to check our terms in order to know which information is not allowed on JotForm.

    I have deleted the field from your form in order to reactivate your account.
