I can't log into my account, I can't reset the password either as I am not receiving the reset password?

I see that there are two accounts registered with the same email address. One of them is astonlife which is a free account and the other one is using email address as the account username which is registered using a different email address adri*****68@h****ail.com and holding Bronze subscription plan.
If you are referring to the paid subscription account, you may try requesting for a password reset using the email address registered. If it is for the Free subscription account, you may use the account username so that the password reset instructions shall be sent accordingly.
