How to hide empty fields and customize the email template?

I have one problem sending emails.

I need to hide empty fields when email is sending, but white lines are visibles showing a lot of blank lines to the next full field. 

Any way to hide both the field and the blank line?

I have just tested this and find that empty fields are indeed hidden, for example, I have these fields on my email template:

Just filled the name, checkbox and recipients, then I received this email: 

I can see you have formatted your text to be bold, may you please try using a plain text email instead? 

You may copy the current content and paste it again without any format.

Problem is resolved. I repead the emails text and everything went well.
