Voice Recorder Widget: Recordings not playing properly

    Hello, I have used the "voice recorder" widget on my survey, but I'm having a hard time using the audio files. I try to open the files and it says the file is not supported or is corrupted.

    I don't know why this is happening. I already have surveys with audio files that work perfectly but now it seems like it's not working anymore. DO you have any suggesiton?

    Are you referring to this form: https://form.jotform.com/72839082004151? I checked the files and recordings that cannot be played come from the last submission. The files before that submission are working properly. There might have been an interruption while the respondent is submitting the form causing the files to be corrupted. Can you please ask the respondent to submit the form again with new recordings?
