We need help creating a special form

We are a new customer.  We are currently using 7 self-created Jotforms and LOVE how it has streamlined our previous process.  

Now we have the need to create a different kind of form that will need some original coding to change the layout. 

Do you offer this service?  If so, how do we get started?

If you are having problems with creating your form we can offer assistance. 

If you require a programmer to do full time work for you then you will need to hire one. 

You can advertise a contract on Upwork.com if you like. They have many talented freelancers who will work on your forms for a fee.
