How do I use a previously created form?

I know...sounds crazy.  I have one form, I used it one time, I want to use it again.  How? I have no idea how. I figured out a work around but I don't think that's how I am supposed to use it.

So just to clarify, you would like to search for a form you created previously in a different account right?

If so, you need to supply the username of the account you had previously, its associated email address, or just the form URL.

If I get one of those I can search the system for you
