I built the form and then took out the test information and added one image. Now I cannot get the form to save that information. Keeps coming up with the old form.

Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue on my end. I cloned your form and the changes I made are showing in the live form. Here's a screen capture:
Are you still experiencing this problem? I cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our server.
If the issue persists, I suggest you restart your browser and try it again. If it is still the same, then please test if the issue is happening on another browser. Lastly, please try clearing your browser cache.
