    Hi, 
    My name is Taylor Dobbie and I am the owner of Insurance Soup and Career Agent Concepts. I run a Facebook group of 15k plus insurance agents and run the #1 marketing program for insurance agents. Im looking to affiliate JotForm to our audience. What are the steps to do so?
