Not able to create forms with new form layout?

I came across this screenshot and I wonder why I don't see 'form builder" version and "card forms" in my settings?

Unfortunately that option is withdrawn already and that is the reason why you do not see it in your account setting page.

Do you mean to say that you want to create form in new form layout? Please let us know in which form you want to form layout and we will forward your request to our backend team.
