    Hi there.

I emailed a while go with a similar issue and am having difficulties again with a new form.  I created a brand new form to avoid copying over any issues from my previous form.  The problem is that when people try to submit the form the form gets stuck in a loading loop and doesn't load up the payment window properly.  This has happened to multiple people now.  I had the same issue with other forms I created too.  Not sure why this is happening.

    Here is the form link:

This is a very frustrating issue that has now affected three of my events.  We just started using jotform this fall but this issue is making the service more work as we have to manually email out paypal invoices for every person who cannot complete the payment through the form.

Hopefully you can see what the problem is so that we can avoid the payments getting hung up.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

I tested your actual form and I was redirected properly to Paypal after making a submission. Do you have the form embedded on a web page? If so, can you share with us the URL of the page?

    Thanks.

    Hi Liyam
I don't actually embed the form as that was causing me issues in the past so I'm just sharing the direct link with my group.

Do you have any other ideas of what could be causing the payment portion of the form to get hung up?  I have had several people commenting on this.  It's not everyone experience but at least half of the people using the form haven't been able to submit it as the payment section doesn't seem to send them to PayPal.

As I mentioned this has happened with 2 other forms I have created as well.  Should I create a new API with PayPal?  Not really sure what else to do with this.

Apologies for the challenges you are facing with your form and Paypal payment.

The other explanation I could think causing this is that the user browser may have issue accessing paypal probably it has been blocked. If its happening to specific/few users you can request them to try a separate browser and confirm if the issue is still the same.

Kindly confirm the above as I have tested and could not replicate the issue on my end.
