I'm unable to see details regarding the participants in folders that are shared with me.
How can i make this work?

As I checked, you are the sub-user of the main account "ulrichlauridsen". The reason why you are not able to see submission data for the shared forms is that your main account and your account store data in different datacenters.
In other words, you enabled EU datacenter on your Account-> Data section:
However, the main account stores his data in US datacenter:
So, if you want to see shared forms' submissions, both sub account and main account should use the same datacenter, either EU or US. Please have a try and let us know if you still have problems seeing submissions.
