Sharing form with subaccount

Hello,

This morning I had my eyes on the continuing education discount code request form and within a few minutes it disappeared. Can you please investigate this matter? I need to access this form and the data but it has disappeared. It was not deleted or moved to another folder. It literally disappeared.

Kindly confirm this is the form you were referring to: https://form.jotform.com/70756103986160 it is named "Continuing Education Alumni Discount Code Request ".

If the above is the form I would recommend your request the person managing the Main account to share the form with you.

Once form is shared with you, you will be able to access the form once again.
