When printing a form, there are a number of ways.
1st) When loading the form on the browser, simply press the CTRL and P buttons (CTRL+P), this shall make you print the form. Automatically, this should let you print all the pages.
2nd) The same principle applies if with the submit button, you enable the print button.
Once you have this button enabled, it's like pressing CTRL+P but with using a mouse click.
3rd) Create a fillable PDF version of your form. By doing this method, you should be able to create a PDF document of your form, you should then be able to see how it shall be printed and see the number of pages that it will need to get the full data of your form.
