Questions at the bottom of my form is not being display.

    Elements at the bottom of my Jotform are not showing. Can I switch back to version 3?

    Unfortunately it is not possible to switch to version 3.

    It seems I did chat with you today for the same issue. Your form had condition added to show / hide the authorization section of form but you seems to have removed it already. 

    Your form is now working as expected.
