    I built a form and put it on my website, however when submitting I am getting this message: Sorry, Only One Entry Is Allowed


    I have attached screenshot.


    I integrated with Aweber.

    Please make sure that your form does not have the unique submissions/question option allowed:

    Your form should allow users to submit it more than once after this is changed. Please let us know how it goes.
