How can I get survey form to calculate and charge total?

Hi, 

I am trying to make a registration form for a conference coming up next spring. I put in all of the ticket options, and I have linked our ministries Stripe account, but when I select my tickets or try to "check out" it's not configuring the total for me?

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but any help would be greatly appreciated!
