Hi there,

Can you please explain to me specifically how the "if not equal to" function works?

What I want it to do, is that if someone chooses Onsite - Balanced view Center Gathering option, I DONT want it to skip to the sumbit page (pg22).

Even though I dont have any conditions telling the form to skip to that page, it does it anyway and I dont know why.

Please help.

There were condition errors due to missing/deleted fields that no longer connect to the conditions.

Please clean the Conditions by deleting or correcting those condition statements.

You can test the form again after correcting the condition errors.

Let us know if still not working.

Yes last minute I tried something to make it work.
Conditions 1-4 are the only ones not working now.
I don't want the terms and conditions to skip to submit, ONLY if Balanced View Centre is selected in onsite (this goes for intro training/twelve empowerment's/ power of benefit)
Even if I don't set a condition to skip to the submit page, it does it anyways and I don't know what.
Also could you please explain exactly how the "is not equal to" function works.
Because when I set it to one, it applies to the other ones.
I know this because when I disable it for one the others work.

The related condition rules for "Onsite" were conflicting as both rules were affecting the same field only.

try this fix

you can check all other conditions if they also have the same conflict.

Let us know if this did not work.

I have tried this many times and it doesn't work.
Which is why I created both conditions to try and fix this problem in the first place.
It should work by me saying "is not equal to" BV gathering. It should NOT skip from terms and conditions to SUBMIT, but it does anyways and I don't know why.

I did check your form and it seems you have several duplicate & conflicting conditions as well. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to first clear the duplicate conditions and then we will try and help you build conditions to achieve your requirement.
