Country field showing up on link but not in Form Design

    I have a form I am testing that includes an Address block.   I created my form using one of the JotForm templates and then edited it.   My address block doesn't include the country.   But when I select the link to test out the form a country field is there that is required.   I am not sure how that happened.   Can you explain?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. I am not sure what is causing this issue. I checked the "Country" in visible options of address field and unchecked it again. That seems to have solved this issue. It seems to be a form cache related problem. 

    Now your form is not displaying the "Country" dropdown anymore. Please check the screenshot below:
