Why my form is not working properly on Android?

    I tested this form: https://www.jotform.com/73045723898669 on Android 5.0 phone on Chrome and I wasn't able to replicate any problem. The form is opening fine, upload field as well.

    Could you please let us know on which phone are you testing and if it is the form I mentioned or some other one?
