EVERY TIME FORM IS BEEN SUBMIT I GET 3 MAILS FOR THE SAME SUBMISSION

Sorry for the inconvenience.
I have checked your Email settings and found that, you have 3 Notification Email setup with the same email address.
Please check this screenshot:
You can remove any of the 2 notification emails you think appropriate.
This will solve your problem.
