    I need to close out my account - user name - deadlaced indefinitely

    I see that you have already initiated the cancellation of your Bronze Monthly subscription. It will be effective on November 13, 2017, which is the end of your current billing cycle. The subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again after that.

    However, if you wish to cancel your subscription effective immediately and deactivate/delete your account, please let us know so we can further help you.
