I got my form made and link set up on my website

When you click the link it takes you to the form but does not allow it to be filled out. What am I missing? There must be some button I am missing to let the customer fill out the form then submit it.

I did a test submission to your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's a screen capture of my test submission:

Please try it again and if the issue persists, try using a different internet browser. I will also clear your form cache from our server and see if that helps.

Also, is the form embedded on a website? If yes, please provide the website URL so we can test it on our end.
